DTE SKI & SOCIAL CLUB
The Detroit Edison Ski Club was established in 1949.
We're a group of people who like getting together to do things in & around the metro area as well as an
annual western ski trip and a regional ski weekend.
Other
activities throughout the year include: Feather Bowling, Whirly Ball,
Laser Tag, Hay Rides, Bike Rides, Canoe Trips, Golf Outings, euchre,
Wine Tasting, Comedy Club, among others.
We are affiliated with DTE Energy but you do
not have to be an employee to join.
Our meetings are usually the second Thursday each month. During the winter, we usually meet in Royal Oak. In the summer we often meet at the Detroit Edison Boat Club. Check the latest newsletter for current information.
The club name has changed a few times over the years. In 2011, we renamed ourselves DTE Ski & Social Club to reflect our wide range of activities.
We have about 40 members, in the 40's and 50's age range.
