CLUB HISTORY AND INFORMATION

Members Age Range: 40's & 50's

DTE Ski Club was established in 1949.  We're a group of people who like getting together to do things in & around the metro area as well as an annual western ski trip and a regional ski weekend.  Other activities throughout the year include: Feather Bowling, Whirly Ball, Laser Tag, Hay Rides, Bike Rides, Canoe Trips, Golf Outings, euchre, Wine Tasting, Comedy Club, among others.  The DTE Ski Club was eatablished in 1949.  We are affiliated with DTE Energy but you do not have to be an employee to join.

Membership Benefits Include:

Festive ski/snowboard trips to local, Rocky Mountain and international resorts with Lower Price for Members.  Trips are priced with a mix of exonomy and comfort in mind.

Affiliation with the MDSC, which includes 84 ski clubs offering Year- Round Activities.

Monthly Meetings and Social Events often at discounted prices from what the general public can attain.

Opportunities to meet people and make new friends.

Friendly, helpful members who look out for each other whether you’ve been a member 20 years or 20 minutes.

We are a Metropolitan Detroit Ski Council Club.  Visit the MDSC website here.
 
The Metropolitan Detroit Ski Council (MDSC) has extended an invitation for you to join in on their January 20-27, 2007 trip to Telluride, Colorado for just $1180.00 per person. You will enjoy a National Historic Landmark District with Victorian-era architecture, and great skiing. You can get around town with the free Galloping Goose and gondola transportation systems. Visit the Mountain Village by a free gondola ride, located 9500 feet above above sea level. Membership Enrollment

2006 - 2007 membership:

$10 for DECo/DTE subsidary employee/family member or retiree.
$12 for Associate member (contract or non-edison).
